The attached information details include the link to the registration form. The information detail consists of three pages, and the Google Form link is on the last page near the bottom. If the link is not active, please copy it into your browser. The Google Form is best used with a computer. Be prepared for issues if you use your phone. READ EVERYTHING TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
