Qigong + Tai Chi Registration for Fall 2025 will start on Wed, September 3, 2025, at 12 noon. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. This class has a maximum limit of 20 participants. Registrations exceeding the participant limit will be added to the Waiting List.

Program Schedule: Every Wednesday from 2pm to 3pm
Location: Angus Glen Community Centre - OAC Room
Period: September 24, 2025 to December 17, 2025
