I am pleased to invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on:

The AGM is an important event where members will receive updates on the club’s activities, review the financial statements, and take part in discussions regarding the future direction of our organization.

For members who are unable to attend in person, a Proxy Form is included with this notice. Please complete and submit it according to the instructions provided to ensure your vote is counted.
