"Russian Dumplings - 俄羅斯餃子"

Culinary Demonstration by Bernard Wong
preparation work from 1:00pm to 2:30pm
cooking time from 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Ingredient fee is $5 per person.
Seating is limited to 50 Attendees.

Registration is only confirmed against ticket purchased in person on Friday June 8, 2018 at
Youth Centre of Angus Glen Community Centre from 2pm to 4pm.
Each member is not allowed to register on behalf of more than 3 other members.

*All participants are welcome to personally make their own dumplings
*How to make over 30 dumplings in one go? 如何一次製作30多個餃子？
*An additional Demonstration of how to do "Sous Vide" Cooking (真空烹飪法）which is free of charge

Demonstration is held:
