Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach to help with emotional and physical pain.

To learn and practice mindfulness in according to instruction, you will benefit
• enhance self awareness and the impact of stress on whole body
• increase self regulation to negative emotions, such as, fear, anxiety, anger, sadness, grieving, etc
• facilitate positive changes on brain
• improve quality of sleeping
• better memory and concentration
• face life challenges with more ease and clarity
• reduce chronic pain
• enhance self acceptance
• promote empathy and positive connections with others

Ms. Natalie who is a registered social worker, master of MBCT, is invited to present, exercise demonstration and practice Mindfulness
