Cancellation of Friday Karaoke and Live Band on April 10th

the Ringette tournament is this weekend, and they will be using AR 4 and Youth Room from Friday April 10th until the end of day Sunday April 12.
These programs will be affected:
Friday April 10th – Youth Room, All AGOAC programs cancelled (Karaoke and Live Band)
Sunday April 12th – Youth Room, Karaoke has been moved to OAC
Mahjong Cancellation on March 30, April 1 and April 2

Markham Islanders are hosting a hockey tournament at Angus Glen, starting today (March 28th). We will need to cancel Mahjong in Activity Room 4 all next week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 1 pm to 4 pm). Therefore, the Mahjong program will resume on Wednesday April 8.

Mahjong Registration for April – June 2026

The Mahjong Google Form will open at 8:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2026, and this is an evening registration and will close at 9:00 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
The new term is from April 8 to June 17, 2026:
1. The daily participation limit is 20 people.
2. Each member can only register for 1 session per week.
3. Those who are absent must notify the volunteers 48 hours in advance
4. Do not register if you are not able to join at least 70% of the term
Mahjong sessions:
MJG1 Monday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
MJG3 Wednesday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
MJG4 Thursday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Unregistered members will be placed on a waiting list.
