The posting of announcements is for matters directly related to the AGOAC matters. The website is an official communication channel of AGOAC. Any announcement considered as a public service announcement is not to be posted without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors. Failure to follow this process has caused previous issues. Items not being approved can lead to confusion and while the poster may have the best of intentions the approval process has to be followed. Programs that have a WhatsApp group chat may post non Club matters as determined by the administrator of the account. WhatsApp chats are not official communication channels of AGOAC since they are not distributed to every other program and every club member does not have access.
Non approved announcements will be removed as appropriate.
