Sunday Tai Chi Class

Starting April 9, the current Sunday Health Exercise program will be split into two programs:

• 7:30-8:30 am – Health Exercise (HEE7)

• 8:30-9:30 am – Tai Chi Beginner class under Tai Chi group (T247). This is a drop-in beginner class (24-form Yang Style) taught in Mandarin. You must show your membership card to join the class. This class finishes in June, 2017. For questions about this program, email taichi@agoac.ca
