AGOAC would like to survey the community to see if there is interest to organize a health fair for the benefit of the community and the AGOAC members.  We would hope to provide helpful health related information for the community by setting up booths and/or seminar sessions.

Please download the questionnaire from the link below, fill it out and return by email to  service1@agoac.ca  by June 20, 2018 so that we may be able to better understanding the level of interest there is and also the topics that you may like to learn more about.
