RENEWAL:

What do you have to prepare before coming for renewal?
Please create an online account in the new registration software by visiting:
https://cityofmarkham.perfectmind.com
Your renewal payment will not proceed if you don’t have a new account.
If you have any inquiries regarding above, please contact:
(1) City Contact Centre during the business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm by phone at (905) 477-5530, or
(2) Speak to any staff at the reception desks at the facilities centre, or
(3) Visit any City of Markham library where someone who speaks your language can help.

When to process the renewal payment?
Date: August 21 to 24, 2023
Time: 9:30am to 4:00pm
Location: Angus Glen Community Centre, Upper City Administration Desk on the 2nd Floor
Suggested Schedule To Reduce Your Waiting Time (This is an option)
Aug 21 morning for membership # up to 500
Aug 21 afternoon for membership # from 501 to 1000
Aug 22 morning for membership # from 1001 to 1500
Aug 22 afternoon for membership # from 1501 to 2000
Aug 23 morning for membership # from 2001 to 2500
Aug 23 afternoon for membership # from 2501 to 3000
Aug 24 accept all members

Renewal Procedure?
(1) You must show up in person to the Upper City Administration Desk
(2) Bring along your old membership card
(3) Bring along your credit or debit card
(4) Photo will be taken for new identification card
(5) Show your proof of payment to AGOAC Membership Desk nearby for membership account activation

If you are not available on Aug 21-24?
Renewal runs over the year during the office hours of Upper City Administration Desk BUT your AGOAC membership account wouldn’t be activated immediately
You need to show your proof of payment in person during membership office hours
or email the photo shoot/scan your proof of payment to membership@agoac.ca for membership account activation.

NEW MEMBERSHIP:

(1) Please create an online account in the new registration software by visiting:
https://cityofmarkham.perfectmind.com
(2) You may submit your Angus Glen Older Adults Club Application Form that will be put on a waitlist
(3) Someone will email and contact you after mid-September when space is available.
