Renewal after August 24, 2023

Please arrange your time (9:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) for membership renewal at 2/F Admin Office Desk of Angus Glen Community Centre. To identify yourself by returning your old card. After renewal completion, send a copy of your new membership card and receipt to membership@agoac.com (email subject line by AGOAC #, CO-#, Payment Receipt Transaction # ) for account activation.

For identification purpose, please write your existing AGOAC membership number below the AGOAC label on the back of the new card by permanent pen and scotch taped.
