Nomination will be opened on September 23, 2024 and ended on September 30, 2024 at 4 pm.
Members in good standing who wish to be considered for the board of director positions for the 2024-2026 election period must complete a nomination form. This form must be submitted by the nominee to the Angus Glen main office desk during weekdays from 9:30am to 4pm. Forms must be filled out to completion.

Please note that the process for AGOAC elections will be as follows:

Only members who renewed or activated their 2024-2025 membership before September 19, 2024 date are eligible to vote.

All votes will be completed in person, at the Angus Glen main desk during the dates and times listed below. Proxy voting for the election is not permitted. Please bring proof of identification and your membership card.

Ballots will be counted and the winners announced at the Annual General Meeting

Electoral processes are listed in the by-laws in sections 5 and 6

If a member wishes to vote but is physically unable to vote during the voting period, they must contact the election committee at 2024election@agoac.com directly with their email registered on record for alternate voting options

Nominees are welcome to introduce themselves and their reason for wishing to become part of the board to members before or after program times. They are not permitted to use scheduled program time to discuss the election.

Nominees may not canvas at Angus Glen Community Centre during the election period being set from October 21 to 25, 2024
